This high-performance metal detector has a folding design for portability and ease of use. The sensor head has a diameter of 135mm and will detect most metal objects that will be a danger to you or your planer or thicknesser blades. 

The unit is powered by a 9V battery (included) and features a 'Low Battery' warning (a continuous tone when in the ON position).
